How much does it cost?

Bizpro offer two payment plans, dependent on the service you use, and the time needed.

Pay As You Go
If you have a small project, only need a few hours of assistance, or are working with a limited budget, we can assist you on an hourly basis. Disbursements and expenses are charged at cost.

  • Administration & PA Services

    All Virtual Assistance services are charged at £25 per hour + VAT

  • Book Keeping

    General book keeping services are charged at £25 per hour + VAT

  • Consultancy (on site)

    Our standard day rate of £300 applies

  • Design Services

    All our design work is quoted on request dependant on the size and scope of the project.

  • Event Management

    All our event management work is quoted on request dependant on the size and scope of the project.

  • Finance for Business

    All Finance for Business services are charged at £35 per hour + VAT

  • Training Services

    All our training course design is quoted on request dependant on the size and scope of the project. Prices for Bizpro led training courses are available on request.

Monthly Retainer Plans

This programme works exceptionally well for those needing assistance on a consistent basis. It allows our clients to budget their time to as little as 10 hours a month. We can match you with a plan that best fits your needs, while giving you effective support at optimal cost.

Disbursements and expenses are not included in the above pricing structure, and as such are charged separately. Mileage to site if required is charged at 40p per mile.

Our philosophy is to ensure that our clients achieve the very best value and quality at all times, and therefore we will always endeavour to keep your costs to a minimum.

All monthly retainer plans are payable in advance via standing order. Ad-hoc work & book keeping are invoiced on completion and payable within 14 days.
